QUOTA TRANSFER FORMS

The following are the most commonly used quota transfer forms.  They are referred to in Quota Policy No. 170-2005, Sections 3, 4, and 5.

If the forms do not appear relevant to a proposed quota transaction, then the reader should contact Frank Fortuna to discuss the matter.
